The 0rchard is a newly built property situated on Trevathan Farm. The cottage is large and spacious boasting beautiful countryside views. The furnishings are of a very high standard with an eye for detail in all areas.

The Kitchen
The main feature is the brand new four door oil fired Aga, a must for that country kitchen feel. Not only does it provide the kitchen with a lovely warmth, the vast amount of oven and hob space makes cooking for a large party of people a pleasure not a chore!! You will find that there is plenty of storage, cream units, complimented with beach worktops unites the kitchen giving it a light and airy feel. There are two built in fridges, a dishwasher, microwave, food processor, juicer as well as all the other equipment needed. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the utility which houses the chest freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, sink and heated towel rail, great for drying those wet towels after a visit to the beach.
The Dining room
The spacious hallway leads on to the glass panelled front of the open plan dining area. The space is tastefully decorated with a large solid oak ten seater dining table and chairs, with a an oak sideboard and dresser to complete the look.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The cottage has four bedrooms, one master bedroom comprising of a king size bed, colour television, large built in wardrobes and en-suite including bath. There are also three more bedrooms, two twins and one
double. Two of the other bedrooms have en-suites and the third has the main bathroom situated adjacent to it. All bathrooms are fully tiled,
have heated towel rails and power showers.
The Lounge
The lounge has a beautiful black granite open coal fire. Why not enjoy the warmth that only a real fire can bring, a must for those cosy nights in. The three large comfy sofas make relaxing easy after a day filled with excursions.
In the lounge you will find a large widescreen television, video, DVD, and stereo. Opening out from the lounge, through the
french doors, you will find a spacious garden complete with an eight seater table, chairs and parasol, bar-be-cue and
a sand pit for the children. Ideal for outdoor living.

If you would like to book The Orchard please check availability, bear in mind that this may not be up to date and we therefore ask you to contact
Jo on 01208 880248 we will e-mail to confirm.
Once you have checked availability, you will find a booking form listed under
"How to book" , which can be printed out on your printer,
and sent with a deposit of a third of the total balance. Please make
cheques payable to Trevathan Farm.
