TREVATHAN FARM- CONDITIONS OF LETTING
BOOKINGS: Please phone to provisionally book your holiday and return the booking form and deposit within one week. Upon receipt of your deposit we will confirm your booking. If we do not receive your deposit within one week we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
DEPOSITS: We require a deposit of 1/3 of the total rent to be paid to Trevathan Farm and sent with the booking form. The balance of the rent will be due not less than four weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
CANCELLATION: If due to unforeseen circumstances you have to cancel your holiday, would you please notify us in writing and we will do all we can to relet the property. If the property is relet we will refund to you all monies paid less expenses incurred in reletting. If the property is not relet, the balance of the full tariff will have to be paid.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: We need time to prepare the cottages therefore we ask you to arrive after 3 pm. If you have to arrive earlier please let us know and we will try and have the cottage ready. Please vacate the property before 10 am on your day of departure and please leave the cottage as you find it.
TARIFF: Our price guide shows weekly prices and are VAT inclusive. Special prices can be arranged for ‘Away Breaks’ out of season.
LINEN: The beds are made up ready for your arrival. Bath Towels may be hired at £2.00 each and Hand towels at £1.50. The cottage all have duvets. We supply cots and high chairs free of charge but please bring your own cot linen.
GENERAL: Baby sitting can be arranged. All electricity is included in the tariff. All breakages must be paid for. We cannot accept liability for injury or loss sustained by any person or for the loss or damage to any property brought on to the premises.
PETS: As we have farm animals and numerous family pets we cannot permit dogs except at Myrtle Grove. Naturally we will allow Guide Dogs. There are kennels at St Endellion, www.treswarrowboardingkennels.co.uk and at St Tudy approx 10 mins from the farm www.wkennels.co.uk
